CLAM'S MOUTH OBI
KIMONO
ENCYCLOPAEDIA |
 |
Fold the tare
end onto half its length. Tuck in any excess length on the left side
of the body on top of the obi ita. |
 |
Bring the tare
end over the te end in the centre front. |
 |
Tie the two
ends. |
| |
 |
Fold the tare
end with the right hand inside. |
 |
: Insert the
te end inside the tare fold. Please note that both te and
tare ends should stick out about 3cm in length on the top of the
obi tie. The bottom of the obi tie is in the form of a neat inverted
triangle. |
 |
The obi tie is
worn on the back of the body. Please note that the obi tie is moved
to the back of the body with the right hand, while the left hand
holds on to the obi ita. The obi ita stays in the front of the body. |
