Oddly shaped white boy in need of clothing!

Heya. I'm 6'2 and weigh about 127 lbs. The result is, im shaped funny. I wear waist 28x34 or longer pants, depending on my mood (cuffs, no cuffs), im mostly legs. I have to take in my tshirts so im not swimming in them.

I tend to wear bright, flamboyant, totally off the wall clothes, but lately, I cant find anything useful here in Ohio that fits me. I Knowwwww in Japan theres tons of exciting fashion............................

so, my question is: Is there anywhere online where I can order stuff from wayyyyyyy over there?? Hot topic and the like here in the states seem to stress gigantic raver panst with straps and whatnot. I have no legs, id be a human sail.....thats not so fun
