The National Art Center was opened in January 2007, in a building formerly used as a research facility by the University of Tokyo. floor and ground floor establishments cater to foreigners while higher
stories feature more exclusive (and often sex-related) clubs aimed at
the Japanese. ID is required by many clubs, so bring along your
