(日産スタジアム, Nissan Sutajiamu), also known as the International Stadium of
Yokohama (横浜国際総合競技場, Yokohama Kokusai Sōgō Kyōgi-jō) in FIFA events, is a
sports venue in
Yokohama,
Japan. The stadium was inaugurated in March
1998. It is the home stadium of Yokohama F. Marinos of the J. League. and It
hosted the 1998 53rd National Sports Festival of Japan main stadium.
It has the highest seating capacity of any stadium in
Japan, with a total of 72,327 seats.

Getting to Nissan Stadium Yokohama
Train
From Yokohama Station catch the Yokohama Municipal Subway to Shin-Yokohama
Station. From here it is a ten minute walk to the Nissan Stadium Yokohama. From
Tokyo you need to catch a train to Yokohama Station first. In theory you could catch the
Shinkansen from
Tokyo Station directly to Shin-Yokohama Station, but this would be very expensive.
